We are expanding our marketing department and looking for a highly skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Expert to help scale our reach, generate quality leads, and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
• Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor analytics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
• Optimize website technical SEO (speed, structure, indexing).
• Collaborate with content writers and designers for blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Improve brand presence on social media platforms.
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and keyword research tools.
• Experience with social media marketing and paid ads.
• Understanding of WordPress, Webflow, or basic website structures.
• Ability to research and produce SEO-friendly content ideas.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT industry marketing
• Knowledge of PPC and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)
• Experience in creating funnels for lead generation
