SEO & Digital Marketing Manager
The SEO & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive search engine optimization and paid advertising strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth for our optometry practice. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical SEO expertise, and hands-on experience managing Local SEO, Organic SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with our website designer to ensure all website updates, user experience improvements, and content implementations align with SEO best practices and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results and drive patient acquisition.
- Oversee and optimize Google Business Profile listings, local citations, reviews, and location-based search performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headers, internal linking, and site architecture for search performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes related to site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, crawlability, schema markup, and overall website health.
- Work hand-in-hand with our website designer to implement SEO recommendations, improve user experience, optimize conversion paths, and ensure all website enhancements support search visibility and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with content creators and internal stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink acquisition strategies.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Local campaigns.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to maximize return on investment.
- Track rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and advertising performance, providing monthly reports and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, advertising platform changes, and digital marketing industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Local SEO and Organic SEO campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools.
- Experience working alongside website designers and developers to implement SEO and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience generating leads for healthcare, medical, or local service businesses is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
