Off-Page SEO Specialist Requirements (Preference female)

Experience & Skills:

● Proven experience in off-page SEO strategies, including link building, outreach, and

content promotion.

● Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.

● Experience in Web 2.0, Profile Creations, HARO techniques, QOURA, Directory

Submission, Guest Blogging, Press Release, Blog Posting, Forum Posting,

Infographics Submissions, PDF Sharing.

● Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, or similar.

● Ability to analyze backlink profiles and identify toxic links.

● Experience with social media marketing and influencer outreach is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.

● Identify and connect with relevant websites and bloggers for guest posting

opportunities.

● Manage outreach to partners, bloggers, and influencers to promote content.

● Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and report on link-building progress.

● Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy content.

● Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes.

Communication & Reporting:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to prepare regular reports on off-page SEO activities and results.

● Collaborate effectively with internal teams (content, technical SEO, marketing).

Tools & Technology:

● Proficiency in using SEO analytics tools for backlink research and competitor

analysis.

● Comfortable with email outreach tools and CRM systems.

Additional Qualifications (Optional):

● Knowledge of basic HTML and website structures.

● Experience with local SEO and citation building.

● Understanding of brand management and online reputation management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
