Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and the ability to improve website rankings through both on-page and off-page optimization strategies. The SEO Specialist will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that our websites meet SEO best practices and achieve optimal search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and boost visibility for targeted keywords.
• On-page Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize content, meta tags, headings, images, and other elements for better search engine visibility.
• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and indexation problems).
• Off-page SEO: Plan and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve backlinks.
• SEO Audits: Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance SEO performance.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to ensure that content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO goals.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and analyze trends to keep up with changes in the industry.
• Google Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, search rankings, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
