ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team in Dubai. This is an office-based role where you’ll work closely with our content, design, and development teams to grow organic traffic, improve user experience, and adapt to new search behaviours driven by AI, voice, and answer engines.

This role suits someone who loves experimenting, learning, and applying insights to make a measurable impact. You’ll play a key role in implementing technical, on-page, and off-page strategies, reporting directly to the SEO Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical SEO & Site Optimisation

  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexation issues.
  • Analyse site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on new and existing websites.
  • Apply structured data and schema markup to enhance visibility in AI and rich results.
  • Support site migrations, identify risks, and apply best practices.

On-Page & Content SEO

  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Optimise metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and image SEO to improve rankings and CTR.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly UX and clear user journeys.
  • Optimise content for AI-driven search, answer engines, and voice search (SGE readiness).

Off-Page SEO & Digital PR

  • Execute link-building and outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
  • Develop creative stories, product angles, and expert commentary for digital PR opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor link profiles and identify new outreach opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Turn insights into actionable recommendations to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Support the SEO Manager in presenting results and performance reports to management.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, industry changes, and SEO innovations.
  • Experiment with new tools, strategies, and AI-driven approaches to stay ahead of search trends.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen SEO strategies across multiple websites.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for technical troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of local SEO, Google Business optimisation, and international SEO (hreflang/localisation).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion for SEO, continuous learning, and experimentation.
  • Awareness of AI’s evolving role in search (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, SGE) and willingness to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Delivering measurable improvements in keyword rankings and organic traffic.
  • Reporting on SEO strategy performance to the SEO Manager.
  • Prioritising own workload.
  • Maintaining technical health and visibility of all websites.
  • Staying ahead of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that our strategies remain effective and current.
