An SEO Executive is responsible for improving a website’s visibility on search engines by implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Their main goal is to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Execute off-page SEO activities such as backlink building, guest posting, broken link building, and outreach.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexation problems, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize existing content and collaborate with content writers for new content creation.
- Analyze competitor websites to identify SEO opportunities and trends.
- Prepare SEO performance reports including keyword rankings, traffic insights, and backlinks.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search engine trends, and SEO best practices.
- Work closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Experience Required
- 0–1 year experience for SEO Executive (Freshers with strong knowledge and good communication skills can apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
