About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Outreach Specialist to join our in-office team in Ahmedabad.
You’ll be responsible for improving our brand’s online presence through smart content promotion, partnerships, and performance-based SEO initiatives.

This role involves managing digital campaigns, coordinating with content creators, and building strong relationships across the web to strengthen visibility and reputation.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Promotion & Online Partnerships

• Identify relevant websites, blogs, and media platforms for brand promotion.
• Coordinate collaborations, partnerships, and editorial placements.
• Manage communications with publishers and marketing partners.
• Track outreach success and ensure all online mentions meet quality standards.

SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Support ongoing SEO campaigns to improve visibility and website ranking.
• Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Analytics for keyword research and performance tracking.
• Work with the content team to create and optimize high-performing marketing assets.

Research & Competitor Insights

• Analyze top-performing websites in our niche.
• Identify growth opportunities based on competitor content and visibility.
• Maintain a strong database of potential marketing and collaboration opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Create reports to track campaign results and digital performance metrics.
• Measure growth in visibility, engagement, and authority over time.

Required Skills & Tools

• SEO & Marketing Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Content Optimization & Research: Keyword research, topical analysis, data interpretation
• Communication Tools: Email platforms, CRM, and outreach software
• Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content promotion.
• Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and online branding.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
