Position: SEO Executive / SEO Specialist

Compensation: Rs 30,000 – Rs 70,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

Renexus Resource is looking for a skilled SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing department. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about search optimization, stays updated with the latest ranking algorithms, and can consistently deliver measurable improvements in organic growth.

The selected candidate will work on multiple service-based websites across various international markets including the US, UK, UAE, Pakistan, and other regions. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive website audits to identify and execute optimization opportunities.
• Research competitor strategies to uncover ranking gaps and potential growth areas.
• Develop and execute data-driven content and SEO strategies to elevate keyword positions and organic reach.
• Collaborate with writers and content teams to ensure delivery of SEO-focused, high-quality content.
• Coordinate with developers to implement SEO guidelines within site structure and new feature deployments.
• Manage and optimize link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content planning and site enhancement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, mobile performance, and site speed.
• Utilize basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge when required for technical improvements.
• Stay updated on industry shifts, Google algorithm changes, and emerging SEO practices.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing performance metrics, insights, and future action points.
• Handle SEO performance for multiple international service-based websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional SEO experience across all core areas.
• Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Thorough understanding of ranking signals, search engine behavior, and SEO standards.
• Demonstrated success in improving organic rankings and site visibility.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in algorithms and industry trends.
