Renexus Resource Group is strengthening its digital presence and is seeking a results-driven SEO Executive / Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a technically sound SEO professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and has hands-on experience optimizing service-based websites for competitive international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical structure, on-page optimization, and off-page performance
• Analyze competitor strategies and translate insights into actionable ranking improvements
• Develop and execute data-backed SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic
• Perform advanced keyword research to guide content planning and site architecture
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-optimized, user-focused content delivery
• Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices across existing and new web pages
• Plan and manage ethical link-building campaigns to improve authority and search presence
• Identify and resolve website performance issues including speed, mobile usability, and crawlability
• Apply basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support SEO implementation and troubleshooting
• Monitor algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends to keep strategies current
• Prepare weekly performance reports outlining KPIs, insights, and growth opportunities
• Optimize service-based websites targeting global markets such as USA, UAE, UK, and Pakistan

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
• Hands-on expertise with industry tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Keyword Planner, and similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithm behavior
• Demonstrated success in improving organic performance for service-oriented websites
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with strong time and task management capabilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing SEO trends and digital marketing best practices
