We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled SEO Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The SEO Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, rankings, and lead generation for our clients’ websites. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on technical SEO knowledge, and a passion for staying updated with the latest search engine trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and implement improvements.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for multiple industries and locations.
• Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall website performance.
• Manage and improve Google Search Console and Google Analytics reports.
• Plan, execute, and manage high-quality white-hat link building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Identify and acquire backlinks through outreach, guest posting, niche edits, digital PR, and content partnerships.
• Research and build relationships with relevant bloggers, publishers, webmasters, and industry platforms.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify strategic link opportunities.
• Ensure backlink quality, relevance, and diversity while avoiding spammy or toxic links.
• Monitor backlink health using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GSC and take corrective actions (disavow, cleanup) when required.
• Optimize local SEO including Google Business Profile, citations, and NAP consistency.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers for SEO-friendly execution.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile SEO.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Local SEO and multi-location SEO projects.
• Knowledge of PPC, CRO, or content marketing is a plus.
• Certification in SEO / Digital Marketing is an advantage.
