SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
· Strategically developed and executed SEO campaigns (technical, on-page & off-page) to improve search rankings and attract high-intent, quality traffic aligned with business goals.
· Ability to apply strong communication skills to translate complex SEO insights into clear, actionable strategies for clients, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between marketing, content, client, management and technical initiatives.
· Conducted in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner to target transactional and commercial-intent keywords.
· Planned and optimized paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, with a focus on high CTR, low CPA, and conversion-driven targeting.
· Successfully drove qualified traffic to tailored landing pages, resulting in improved conversion rates and reduced bounce rates.
· Collaborated closely with design and development teams to create and A/B test high-performing landing pages using different tools (Hubspot, Gohighlevel, Unbounce or Elementor) (if not using tools then even, it is fine), focusing on user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion paths.
· Led regular CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to understand user behavior and refine landing page elements like CTA placement, form fields, and content flow.
· Performed detailed technical SEO audits using top tools like SEM rush, Screaming Frog etc. to ensure crawlability, fast load speed, and mobile optimization.
· Created SEO-friendly content structures for landing pages manually or using tools like Surfer SEO and Frase to align with search intent and maximize visibility.
· Set up advanced tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4 for monitoring key user actions on landing pages, including scroll depth, form submissions, and button clicks.
· Continuously analyzed performance reports via Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, refining campaign strategies for better ROAS and lower bounce rates.
· Researched and implemented AI-driven SEO strategies, adapting content and optimization to perform effectively across AI-powered search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and GPT-based search tools.
· Focused on generating relevant, converting traffic rather than just volume—aligning SEO and paid efforts to match audience intent and business funnel stages.
· Proactively explores and tests strategies to rank client content in AI overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and other generative AI discovery engines.
· Utilizes AI for research, optimization, and performance measurement, ensuring data-backed decision-making and faster execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
