About the Role
Sprouto is hiring a results-driven SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience and mandatory working knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM). This role is ideal for someone who understands search engine optimization fundamentals and can also support brand visibility and engagement through social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Responsibilities (Primary):
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs
- Perform on-page and basic technical SEO improvements
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO-friendly execution
SMM Responsibilities (Secondary – Mandatory):
- Manage and optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in planning and publishing social media content calendars
- Support organic social growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Monitor social media insights and suggest improvements
- Align social media efforts with SEO and content strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO
- Basic to intermediate SMM experience (mandatory)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and link-building strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
