SEO Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing web content to enhance online visibility across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO.
• Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL optimization).
• Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and directory submissions.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawl errors).
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance and ranking improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of content marketing and social media SEO.
• Understanding of local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Experience in e-commerce SEO (added advantage).
