About the Role

Nestors Global is looking for a proactive and performance-focused SEO Executive to support our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in off-page SEO and link-building strategies to enhance domain authority, improve search rankings, and drive sustainable organic growth using ethical, white-hat practices.

This role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute off-page SEO and link-building campaigns
• Build high-quality, relevant backlinks through ethical white-hat methods
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and research new opportunities
• Perform outreach to bloggers, publishers, influencers, and webmasters
• Monitor backlink profiles and maintain link health
• Track rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs regularly
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
• Collaborate with content and technical SEO teams
• Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO / Link Building
• Strong knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong research and outreach abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
• Immediate availability preferred

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Guest posting & digital PR experience
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO
• Experience with reporting dashboards and SEO automation tools
