Role Overview:

CARE 24 is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive to manage and enhance the company’s organic presence on Google. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page and off-page SEO, backlink generation, and keyword research, along with the ability to coordinate with content teams to drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
• Plan and implement effective backlink generation activities.
• Handle and improve the organic search performance on Google.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and updates.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and generate performance reports.
• Support basic social media content optimization (preferred).
• Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions to improve rankings and traffic.

Required Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

✔ High level of attention to detail.

✔ Good verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

✔ Understanding of Google algorithms, search trends, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / IT preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant SEO experience.
• Basic knowledge of social media content and optimization is an advantage.
