SEO Executive - Night Shift

SEO Expert (Night Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM) – Full Time

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO Expert to join our team during the night shift. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, technical SEO, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete Local SEO optimization, including citation building, NAP consistency, on-page improvements, and competitive analysis.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GMB) listings: posts, updates, reviews strategy, profile completeness, and local ranking improvements.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as indexing problems, crawl errors, speed issues, schema markup, broken links, redirects, etc.
• Conduct advanced keyword research and align SEO strategy with business goals.
• Monitor search performance and provide clear, actionable reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company data, procedures, and client information.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO (Local SEO & Technical SEO required).
• Strong understanding of GMB ranking factors, map pack optimization, and local search algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) without exceptions.
• Ability to follow strict company policies and work independently.

Work Policy:

• Screen monitoring will be active throughout the shift to ensure workflow transparency.
• 30-minute break allowed.
• Strict adherence to company standards and confidentiality is mandatory.
