Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven SEO Executive with proven experience in USA-based SEO projects. The role focuses on improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and delivering measurable growth through strategic SEO execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for US-targeted websites
• Perform keyword research aligned with US search intent
• Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content, internal linking)
• Manage off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, indexing)
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools
• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Organic Traffic Growth: Minimum 20–30% increase quarter-on-quarter
• Keyword Rankings:
• Top 10 rankings for primary US keywords within 3–6 months
• Conversion Rate from Organic Traffic: Target improvement of 10–15%
• Backlink Quality:
• Monthly acquisition of high-authority, relevant backlinks
• Technical SEO Health Score:
• Maintain 90%+ site health (as per SEO audit tools)
• CTR Improvement:
• Increase organic CTR via optimized titles & meta descriptions
• Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness:
• 100% on-time submission of SEO performance reports

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of SEO experience with USA clients/projects (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms & US market trends
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, schema, and technical SEO best practices
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
