Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Executiveto lead and optimize our digital presence. The ideal candidate will not only work individually on SEO strategies but also manage a team of content writers and SEO executives while overseeing social media handling. The role requires exceptional English communication skills, client-handling expertise, and the ability to start by 22nd November2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities in target markets (US and Europe).
• Website Optimization
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and images.
• Ensure technical SEO best practices, including site structure, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
• Social Media Oversight
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Integrate social media strategies with SEO objectives.
• Performance Analysis
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused company.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Excellent English communication and client-handling skills; fluency is a must.
• Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in organic traffic and rankings.

Job Conditions:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sector 142, Noida.
• Working hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Five-day workweek with flexibility for additional hours during peak project timelines.
