Salary Range: PKR 200,000 - PKR 400,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior SEO Expert to lead our organic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that significantly increase our search engine visibility, drive qualified traffic, and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a holistic SEO strategy encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits of websites and lead the effort to fix crawlability, indexation, and performance issues.
• Perform thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for maximum search visibility and user intent.
• Build and execute a scalable, white-hat link-building and digital PR strategy.
• Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in an SEO-specific role, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in Technical SEO: site architecture, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Expertise in On-Page SEO: content optimization, keyword mapping, and internal linking.
• Proven track record in Off-Page SEO: with demonstrable success in earning high-quality backlinks.
• High proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb.
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of Google's E-E-A-T guidelines and their practical application.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into an actionable strategy.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
