SEO Specialist – Digital Marketing Agency (Onsite)
Johar Town, Lahore | 1 PM – 9 PM | Full-time

Real Funnels Media is looking for an SEO Specialist to help our clients (primarily healthcare and service-based businesses) grow their organic visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive consistent traffic that converts.

This is an onsite role for someone who understands SEO beyond just keywords — someone who can think in terms of search intent, content, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Perform keyword research based on search intent and business goals
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for rankings and conversions
• Conduct SEO audits and fix issues related to site structure, speed, and indexing
• Build and manage white-hat backlinks
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Ability to explain SEO strategies and results clearly
• Experience working with service-based or local businesses (healthcare is a plus)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with a digital marketing agency before
• Understand local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews)
• Can contribute ideas for content strategy and topical authority

Work Details

• Location: Johar Town, Lahore (onsite only)
• Shift: 1 PM – 9 PM
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill level
