Key Responsibilities

SEO Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimize on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema)
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes (site speed, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
• Track performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Build and maintain SEO reports with clear insights and action items

Content Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website content
• Create content briefs based on keyword intent and search demand
• Update and optimize existing content for improved rankings
• Maintain consistent tone, clarity, and quality across all content
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and content SEO
• Proven experience writing high-quality, SEO-friendly content
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable improvements
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
• Knowledge of link-building strategies
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
• Understanding of CRO and content funnels
