Job Summary

Restorative Media is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Expert to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate has a strong command of on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic for clients or in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content improvements
• Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat link-building techniques
• Carry out technical SEO audits — site speed, crawlability, indexability, and schema markup
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to align SEO with Restorative Media's overall digital strategy
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Male candidate based in or able to commute to Rawalpindi
• Proficient with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
• Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification is a plus
• Portfolio of successful SEO campaigns with measurable results
