We are an e-commerce company managing multiple online stores in different product categories. Currently, we do not have any marketing campaigns running. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated SEO expert to come in, build strategies from scratch, and directly bring real results through organic search.

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and self-driven SEO Expert to join our team onsite. The role is completely performance-oriented:

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience.
• Attractive bonuses directly tied to actual sales growth achieved from organic traffic.

Important note: There is currently no marketing running; your strategies and implementation will fully shape our online visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, develop, and execute complete SEO strategies from scratch for multiple e-commerce websites.
✅ Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
✅ Optimize all product pages, categories, and site structure for maximum organic visibility.
✅ Collaborate with the team to create SEO-focused content (blogs, guides, descriptions).
✅ Execute ethical, white-hat link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
✅ Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic and sales impact using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
✅ Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience and track record of bringing sales through SEO alone (must provide examples, reports, or case studies).
✔ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in e-commerce or similar.
✔ Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
✔ Confident working independently to set strategy, implement, and deliver results.
✔ Must be willing to work onsite full-time and coordinate with the team.
✔ Highly analytical, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
