We are looking for a Mid-Level SEO Expert who can independently manage SEO for multiple in-house brands, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive measurable organic growth.
Role Overview
As a Mid-Level SEO Expert at Trackpad, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies for our B2C brands. This role requires a strong balance of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage SEO performance for multiple in-house B2C brands
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research
- Plan and optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema, etc.)
- Monitor and improve technical SEO (site health, crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
- Identify growth opportunities through audits, data analysis, and testing
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in B2C or in-house environments)
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content-led SEO
- Proven experience managing multiple websites or brands simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of keyword research, search intent, and SERP analysis
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
- Ability to translate SEO insights into clear recommendations for content and development teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with e-commerce or conversion-focused B2C brands
- Basic understanding of CRO, UX, and how SEO supports revenue goals
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Experience collaborating with developers on technical SEO fixes
