About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in optimizing websites to achieve higher search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, technical SEO, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page Optimization
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta elements (titles, descriptions, H1s, etc.).
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and target keyword strategies.
- Improve site architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
2. Off-Page Optimization
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Manage and execute outreach campaigns for guest posting and collaborations.
- Track and improve domain authority and referral traffic.
3. Technical SEO
- Perform regular site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and site speed issues.
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, mobile friendliness, and schema markup.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Generate weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates.
5. Collaboration & Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
- Suggest content ideas and strategies to improve organic visibility.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Analytics / Google Ads / HubSpot / SEMrush certifications (optional but preferred).
- Experience in local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or technical SEO projects.
