As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage high-performing organic and paid media strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
- Write and test compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative assets to maximize CTR and conversions.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and daily campaign performance to ensure efficient ROI.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
- Perform A/B tests to optimize ads and landing pages.
SEO Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and page structure for higher rankings.
- Monitor organic performance through Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align SEO and paid strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Google Ads Specialist, or a combined digital marketing role in an agency or in-house team.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and time management skills.
- Google Ads and/or SEO certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid channels is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
