Role Purpose
The SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening brand recognition, improving organic and paid search performance, and driving B2B inbound growth across key markets including
Sweden, the UK, and the DACH region
. The role focuses on long-term SEO value creation, product marketing support, and measurable lead generation through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Improve the competitive positioning of company websites across all regions.

Increase overall Domain Authority (DA) over time.

Continuously monitor website health and identify and resolve SEO issues.

Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, rankings, and website visibility on a regular basis.

Support the product marketing function through SEO-driven insights and analysis.

Conduct keyword and competitor research related to product positioning and go-to-market strategies once the product marketing function is established.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid Google Search campaigns to support lead generation and growth objectives.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align traffic acquisition strategies with lead conversion goals.

Own and manage SEMrush, ensuring optimal usage for SEO performance and competitive analysis.

Work with Metabase or other analytics systems to deliver accurate and recurring reporting on SEO performance and business impact.

Measure, analyze, and clearly communicate the value added by SEO and paid search initiatives through data-driven reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven 5 years of experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).

Strong experience in generating content for SEO purposes and an understanding in best practice for SEO preferably in a B2B setting.

Hands-on experience with Search Console and SEMrush is a must. Experience with Matomo is beneficial but not required. Experience with other SEO tools like AHREFs or Screaming Frog is also beneficial.

Experience managing or supporting Google Search (paid) and with any other paid marketing function is also beneficial.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience working with B2B inbound marketing and lead generation.

Ability to manage multiple markets and adapt strategies to regional requirements.
