Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our marketing team. As an SEO Intern, you will support our efforts in optimizing websites for search engines, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to content strategies that drive organic traffic. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students passionate about digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT firm. Under the guidance of our senior marketers, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' online visibility and learning the intricacies of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for website optimization.
• Assist in on-page SEO tasks, including meta tags, header optimization, and content structuring.
• Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Support off-page SEO activities, such as link-building strategies and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to implement SEO-friendly content and technical improvements.
• Track SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to suggest innovative ideas.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on SEO metrics, traffic growth, and ranking improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops to build your skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, and search engine algorithms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or Moz) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital marketing tools or prior personal projects in SEO.
• Passion for staying updated with digital trends and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
