SEO Intern (Johar Town, Lahore)

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (on-site)

Stipend: Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month, based on skill level

Duration: 3-month paid internship, leading to a full-time SEO Executive role based on performance

Innovation With Pixels is a Lahore-based digital agency working with international clients across the US, UK, and Europe. We deliver web development, SEO, and AI automation services for small and mid-size businesses. Our team builds and ranks WordPress and WooCommerce sites, runs ongoing SEO campaigns, and ships projects that actually move the needle for clients.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a motivated SEO Intern to work alongside our team on real client websites from day one. You will get hands-on exposure to on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with direct mentorship and clear monthly learning goals. This is a working internship, not a shadowing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.
• Implement on-page SEO including meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking, and basic schema.
• Support off-page SEO activities such as outreach, guest posting, and backlink prospecting.
• Run technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions in Google Analytics 4.
• Help prepare SEO content briefs for our writing team.
• Run competitor analysis and report monthly findings to the lead.
• Requirements:
• Final year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of how Google Search works (crawling, indexing, ranking factors).
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO tool.
• Strong written English. Able to read SEO articles, case studies, and tutorials independently.
• Comfortable using WordPress basics (creating pages, installing Rank Math or Yoast).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Must be based in or near Johar Town for daily on-site work.

Nice to Have:

• Completed any SEO course (Ahrefs Academy, SEMrush Academy, HubSpot, or local bootcamps).
• A personal blog, niche site, or any SEO project to show.
• Basic HTML and understanding of Core Web Vitals.
