About the Role: We are hiring motivated SEO Junior Off-Page SEO and Online

Reputation Management (ORM) activities. Candidates will be responsible for building

authoritative link profiles, managing business listings, and protecting and enhancing the

company’s online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute link-building campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality,

relevant backlinks.

● Manage and optimize business citations and local listings to ensure accuracy and

consistency across platforms.

● Coordinate social media outreach and external channel promotion to support SEO

objectives.

● Monitor brand mentions, manage reviews and ratings, and implement ORM

strategies to maintain and improve online reputation.

● Conduct backlink analysis, report on link profile health, and recommend

remediation where necessary.

● Collaborate with content, PR, and marketing teams to amplify brand visibility and

secure editorial placements.

Required Skills & Experience:

● Demonstrable experience in off-page SEO, link building, and citation management.

● Practical experience with ORM: review handling, mentions monitoring, and

reputation repair techniques.

● Familiarity with outreach and backlink analysis tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush)

and CRM or outreach platforms.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
