our organic growth engine.
Role Overview
As the SEO Lead at Automios, you will be responsible for leading and executing our SEO
strategy across web and digital assets. You will work closely with marketing, design,
development, and content teams to build a strong organic presence, increase traffic,
and boost conversion through search.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end SEO strategy and execution.
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend best practices to improve site health,
speed, indexing, and crawlability.
Guide keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Optimize website architecture, meta tags, on-page content, and internal linking.
Develop a robust link-building and off-page strategy using ethical methods.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, GA4,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Collaborate with the development team on structured data, page experience updates,
mobile SEO, and schema implementation.
Mentor junior SEO specialists and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in SEO with proven results across multiple domains.
Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of web development fundamentals
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and
More.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience working with product, content, and design teams in agile environments.
Good To Have
Exposure to international or multilingual SEO.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or AI/ML-driven products.
