SEO Lead/ Content Strategist

About the role

You will help train and QA the “language brain” of our system. Using clear guidelines, you’ll label

search queries with intent, medical entities (drugs/brands/conditions), and risk flags (e.g.,

drug–drug interaction → clinical review). Your work directly improves accuracy and reduces the

number of items needing human review—saving time and money.

What you’ll do

● Apply annotation guidelines to tag queries with intent, entities, and conditions;

normalize to approved terms (e.g., Rogaine → minoxidil).

● Flag red-risk items (interactions, contraindications, diagnosis claims) for clinical review.

● Perform QA passes on auto-scripts: check topic fit, disclaimers, and obvious factual

mismatches (no medical advice).

● Record edge cases and propose rule/prompt tweaks to improve future accuracy.

● Hit daily throughput quality SLAs; maintain clean audit trails in the labeling tool.

● Collaborate with SEO Lead/ML Engineer to refine examples and close guideline gaps.

What you’ve done

● Detail-oriented work in content ops, moderation, customer support, medical scribing, or

prior data labeling.

● Able to follow structured rules precisely and give concise feedback when rules are

unclear.

● Comfortable reading medical terms at a basic level (we provide glossaries and training).

● Bonus: experience in healthcare content, pharmacy tech, or QA.
