We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy. This role requires strong technical SEO expertise, strategic content planning, and the ability to work in a night shift to align with U.S. business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings across multiple business verticals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to guide content and technical improvements.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including site audits, link building, and schema optimization.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Monitor website analytics and search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for higher conversion.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Align SEO strategy with lead generation and ROI-focused goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven SEO experience (managerial or senior-level preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, backlink strategies, and analytics tools.
• Strong track record of improving rankings and generating organic leads.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or finance sectors is a plus.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior SEO executives.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (U.S. time zone alignment).
