Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.

Design and implement growth strategies focused on topic and category expansion to drive business growth and revenue.

Develop and execute plans to grow the business, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and audience engagement.

Create strategies for social media engagement, content syndication, and email marketing to expand reach and visibility.

Coordinate with the tech team to implement SEO recommendations, manage website development, and ensure timely execution of technical tasks.

Engage and collaborate with stakeholders (partners) through strategic planning and brainstorming sessions to align on business goals and growth initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Knowledge of using WordPress.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.
