About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SEO Manager to lead our SEO initiatives and guide a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, data-driven optimization strategies, and hands-on experience in improving website visibility and ranking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Develop and execute link-building and outreach strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Optimize web pages, blog content, and landing pages for higher visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm updates, and SEO technologies.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and insights for management and clients.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience (2–6 years) in SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small SEO team (preferred).
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with clients (including international ones).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
