SEO Manager

Job Description

Location: Dehradun (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve search rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Perform on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking, content optimization
• Perform off-page SEO: link building, outreach, guest posting
• Monitor technical SEO issues and provide solutions
• Track important SEO KPIs and create weekly/monthly reports
• Analyze competitors and market trends
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Specialist (2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with WordPress/Shopify (preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and team management abilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred)
