SEO Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth across search engines and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will manage SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives to improve visibility, rankings, and high-quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
• Optimize on-page elements: content, metadata, schema, internal linking, and user experience.
• Manage off-page SEO including link-building and digital outreach.
• Implement AEO: optimize for AI answers, featured snippets, People Also Ask, FAQ schema, and structured data.
• Implement GEO: optimize content for generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) through entity optimization, conversational queries, and structured content.
• Monitor performance via GA4, GSC, and SEO tools; provide insights and monthly reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, AEO and GEO practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GSC.
• Knowledge of Google algorithms, schema markup, and search intent.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
