Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to oversee and execute SEO strategies for a large portfolio of clients. This is a strictly on-site position.

Automotive SEO experience is a major plus.
Graphic design experience is also a plus.
You must be confident managing 25+ accounts and delivering consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEO strategy and execution for 25+ active client accounts
• Perform keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis
• Optimize content, metadata, schema, internal linking, and site structure
• Manage Local SEO efforts including GBP optimization and citation accuracy
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Track rankings, traffic, and KPIs across all accounts
• Provide clear monthly reporting and performance insights
• Stay current with search trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Identify new opportunities to improve rankings and organic traffic

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proven ability to handle high-volume account management (25+)
• Strong technical SEO skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Automotive SEO experience is a major plus
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Must work on-site only in our Fernandina Beach office

Compensation

• Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience
• Yearly bonus: Performance-based on KPIs
