SEO Manager

Mega Marketing Network is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies for multiple local and international clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving keyword rankings, increasing qualified traffic, and delivering measurable ROI through ethical, data-driven SEO practices.

• Monday to Saturday
• Morning Shift: 11 am to 8 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Technical & Off-page)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Lead website audits, SEO migrations, and technical optimization
• Optimize site structure, internal linking, and content architecture
• Manage link-building and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with content, web development, and paid marketing teams
• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices
• Train and guide junior SEO executives

Requirements:

• Graduate or Masters with good academic background
• 5+ years proven experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and Schema
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC)
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
