SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can take full ownership of search growth — from identifying opportunities to delivering measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just follow SEO trends but knows how to translate them into practical strategies, execute them effectively through a team, and ensure consistent performance against defined targets.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Strategic Research

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and analyzing the latest SEO techniques, algorithm updates, and growth opportunities.

Planning & Strategy Development

Build clear, result-driven SEO roadmaps focused on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversions.

Execution Management

Lead execution through internal teams or associates, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with strategy.

Performance Tracking & Goal Achievement

Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure all SEO activities contribute directly toward achieving set targets.

Auditing & Optimization

Conduct regular audits to verify implementation quality, identify gaps, and continuously improve outcomes.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 5+ years of in-house SEO experience (agency-only, freelance, or remote-only experience will not be considered)
• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results (traffic growth, rankings, revenue impact)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategy
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and manage teams effectively
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using SEO tools and analytics

Mandatory Pre-Requisites

• You must be able to demonstrate proven results from past roles during the interview
• You will be required to present real examples of strategies and outcomes you have delivered
• During the pre-interview screening, you must clearly explain:
• - What makes you the best SEO manager?
• - What systems, processes, and strategies you use to track and deliver results

Job Details:
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Model Town, Lahore

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
