SEO Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

With our headquarters in the USA and a local office in Johar Town, Lahore, we are rapidly expanding our team.

We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead our search campaigns, build high-authority backlinks, and drive our content strategy using the latest AI technology.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in SEO management and strategy.

Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies (Off-page, On-page, and Technical).
• Strong experience in competitive backlink analysis and executing high-quality link-building campaigns.
• Hands-on experience formatting, optimizing, and publishing content directly in WordPress.
• High proficiency with AI copywriting tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper AI) to generate and scale SEO-optimized content.
• Familiarity with industry-standard SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt and learn new algorithm updates and AI technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.

Availability:

• Immediate availability to join.
• Work hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies to ensure top rankings for global clients.
• Lead backlink acquisition efforts, identifying and securing high-quality, relevant links.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to write, edit, and optimize website copy, blogs, and landing pages.
• Post and properly format optimized content directly onto WordPress platforms.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, track keyword rankings, and troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align SEO goals with overall digital strategy.
