SEO & Online Reputation Specialist

About the Role

Our website is already ranking well, but we want to go further. We’re looking for an SEO & Online Reputation Specialist who can help us grow even stronger in search rankings while also protecting and enhancing our brand image online.

This role is for someone who knows SEO inside out and also understands the importance of branding, customer perception and reputation management. You’ll be responsible for scaling our SEO performance, managing brand presence across forums and review sites, and making sure spam/bot comments don’t affect our reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and run SEO strategies to grow rankings, traffic and visibility.
• Perform on-page, off-page and technical SEO improvements.
• Build and manage backlink strategies to increase authority.
• Monitor and respond to brand mentions, reviews and forums.
• Identify and remove spam or bot comments/posts that could harm reputation.
• Promote and encourage positive customer feedback online.
• Track performance with SEO tools and share clear reports with insights.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO and online reputation management.
• Proven results in growing organic rankings and handling ORM tasks.
• Strong skills with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience dealing with spam/bot activity and online brand protection.
• Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about brand growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• SEO: 3 years (Required)
• ORM (Online Reputation Management): 2 years (Preferred)
