About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Lead Generation Specialist to grow our online visibility, build quality backlinks, improve search rankings, and generate qualified leads. You will be responsible for both On-page & Off-page SEO, keyword research, and targeted outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page SEO: keyword research, meta titles, headings, schema, image optimization, internal linking
• Perform technical SEO analysis and improvements
• Off-page SEO: High-quality backlink building, outreach and guest posting
• Competitor analysis and content strategy suggestions
• Improve organic traffic and keyword ranking growth
• Local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization
• Lead generation campaigns (email outreach, directory submissions, social lead strategies)
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console & SEO tools
• Weekly reporting on SEO progress and leads

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and link building
• Strong knowledge of Google ranking algorithms and best practices
• Experience in lead generation strategies
• Familiar with SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of WordPress / CMS platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and research abilities
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Content writing/blog experience
• Wordpress experience
