• Proven experience in On-Page SEO
• Strong understanding of search intent (Services + Location pages)
• Keyword research + keyword mapping and Topical Authority
• Title tags and meta descriptions optimization (CTR focused)
• Proper heading structure (H1–H6) and content formatting
• Content optimization with proper content understanding and without keyword stuffing (semantic coverage/entities)
• Internal linking strategy (contextual + silo support)
• Image optimization basics (alt text, naming, compression guidance)
• Local on-page optimization (city/service pages, FAQs, service areas)
• EEAT implementation understanding (trust elements, proof, authorship, policies)
• Basic technical on-page checks (indexing, canonical, robots, sitemap, redirects basics)
• Google Search Console experience (queries, CTR, indexing checks)
• Organized workflow + tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Clear reporting (what changed, why, target keyword, status)
• Strong communication and timely updates
• White-hat only (no hidden text, no spam tactics, no shortcuts)
