SEO & Organic Growth Manager

We are a fast-growing roofing company in San Antonio, TX. We’re hiring an SEO & Organic Growth Manager to own and execute our organic search strategy with a clear focus on local visibility, inbound calls, and booked roofing jobs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands local service SEO and can translate rankings and traffic into measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local SEO strategy focused on San Antonio and surrounding markets
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) to increase map pack visibility and call volume
• Target high-intent roofing keywords (residential, commercial, repair, storm damage)
• Optimize service, location, and landing pages for traffic and conversions
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals)
• Oversee SEO content strategy and execution
• Build local authority through ethical link-building and citation management
• Track and report performance including organic leads, calls, and revenue impact
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SEO experience (local services or home services preferred)
• Proven success generating organic leads for a service-based business
• Strong knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, or home services
• Familiarity with San Antonio or Texas markets
• Conversion rate optimization experience (forms, calls, landing pages)
• Experience with seasonal or storm-driven service demand

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
