SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Meta, Snapchat, Google, TikTok)

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, search engine optimization, and the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Perform in-depth audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad performance analysis.
  • Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for creative assets.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and new advertising features.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and optimizations.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, content, and internal linking.
  • Track keyword rankings and site performance using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads and SEO.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with eCommerce and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and event tracking.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
  • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
