About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO/PPC Specialist who can both strategize and execute. You'll drive our search visibility and paid advertising performance while directly implementing technical changes in our Elementor and Shopify websites. Beyond managing campaigns, you'll build marketing automation workflows and create content that captures search trends. This role combines search marketing expertise with technical skills and automation.

Core Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Technical Implementation

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain blog content strategy based on keyword trends and opportunities in SEMrush
  • Write, optimize, and publish highly relevant blog posts that target emerging search trends
  • Perform technical SEO audits and directly implement fixes in Elementor/Shopify
  • Optimize site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, and on-page optimizations
  • Manage local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profiles and location pages

PPC Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Develop ad copy, manage budgets, and implement bid strategies for maximum ROI
  • Create targeted campaigns based on audience, geography, and conversion goals
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven optimization decisions

Web Development & Landing Pages

  • Build and optimize pages using Elementor (WordPress) and Shopify
  • Create conversion-focused landing pages for paid campaigns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement site improvements
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
  • Customize themes and templates with SEO best practices

Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and monitor behavior with Microsoft Clarity
  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Create dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights
  • Track KPIs across organic, paid, and conversion metrics
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis

Marketing Automation & Workflow Management

  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com and Zapier
  • Build integrations between marketing tools, CRM systems, and data platforms
  • Automate lead capture, nurturing sequences, and follow-up processes
  • Create automated reporting and data sync workflows
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing automation to improve efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years managing SEO and PPC campaigns with proven results
  • Strong marketing automation experience using Make.com and/or Zapier
  • Proficiency with Elementor and Shopify (building pages, not just managing content)
  • Expert with Google Ads, Meta Suite, and SEMrush
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementations
  • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering ROI
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with local SEO and multi-location optimization
  • Knowledge of Shopify Liquid and WordPress plugin ecosystem
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and performance optimization
  • Content writing skills for blog posts and ad copy

Success Looks Like

Within 90 days, you'll have:

  • Audited current SEO/PPC performance and implemented quick wins
  • Launched or refined campaigns with measurable improvements
  • Built optimized landing pages that improve conversion rates
  • Implemented key marketing automation workflows that save time and improve processes
  • Established clear reporting rhythms and KPI tracking

Long-term success measured by:

  • Organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements
  • Growth in number of keywords ranking in positions 1-10 through strategic content
  • Paid campaign ROAS and cost-per-acquisition efficiency
  • Site performance metrics (speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime)
  • Overall conversion rate and lead quality improvements
  • Strategic recommendations that drive business growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
