SEO Project Coordinator (Onsite)

Job Description

Kleverish is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Project Coordinator to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate SEO projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage SEO projects from planning to execution
• Work closely with SEO executives, content writers, designers, and developers
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Assist with keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization
• Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all projects
• Maintain SEO documentation, reports, and workflows
• Monitor basic SEO performance metrics and share updates with the team
• Communicate project status, risks, and deadlines effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or project coordination
• Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML and website structure
