About Us

HFB Technologies specializes in Website Design, Website Management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We help clients grow through strategic digital marketing and are looking for an SEO Project Manager to help support client success and keep their projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong working relationships.
• Conduct regular client calls to review SEO performance, goals, and next steps.
• Use advanced digital tools, including AI, to support research, content, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project updates and smooth execution.
• Maintain organized client notes and project records.
• Prioritize tasks and manage a fast-paced schedule.
• Identify client needs proactively and provide SEO insights.
• Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEO or digital marketing (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills; confident on the phone.
• Comfortable using advanced digital tools, such as AI, for research and workflow support.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
