Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all SEO-related communication via calls, meetings, and chat.
- Understand client goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.
- Review SEO performance and key technical issues, recommending improvements aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare and present clear, client-friendly performance reports demonstrating progress and next steps.
- Manage multiple client accounts effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and accommodating late-evening client calls when required.
